Dordogne, France
with Chef Julie Francis

May 31 - June 7, 2026

The Mysterious Region of the Dordogne Périgord

Brimming with historical intrigue, breathtaking natural beauty, storybook villages and a distinct cuisine, we explore the secrets of ancient castles, dip into the caverns of prehistoric art, savor the rolling vineyards where world-renowned wines are produced, and share meals created by our chef that draw from the richness of regional delicacies: pungent cheeses, walnuts and chestnuts, strawberries, wild mushrooms, duck, foie gras, and more.
We reside in a beautiful chateau nestled into the idyllic countryside, surrounded by a landscape of manicured gardens and fields. Luxurious linens, ensuite modern bathrooms, a private yoga studio, and glistening pool with jacuzzi are just part of the attention to detail provided by our charming hosts, William and Rosalie Haas.
